These forms are provided for you to contact the Parish Council.  The information that you provide will be forwarded via email to the recipient(s) attached to each form.  With the recent re-organisation of the Parish Council Working Groups you can submit a form direct to the Chair of one of the Groups.  If you need more information about remit of each group check out the Working Groups page via the link below. 

TRAFFIC  INCIDENT  REPORTING

The Parish Council needs to gather evidence to support a case for traffic speed control within the village.  If you see, or are involved in any traffic incident in the village could you please help by completing the traffic incident report form below.
